🔄 Can I Return An Item Or Cancel A Delivery?

We understand sometimes plans change. If you’d like to return an item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing 📧 sales@steelworld.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to return.

  • After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back (28 days in total from receiving your order).

  • Customers must cover the direct cost of returning goods.

  • Returned items must be unused and in a sellable condition.

  • Items that are manufactured, fabricated, or cut to size cannot be returned.

  • Items purchased at discounted rates are non-returnable.

  • As of 15 June 2021, any processed orders are non-refundable due to volatility in steel prices (please check back for updates).

  • All returns must be in unused, resellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.


💰 Restocking Charges

  • A 30% restocking fee applies to all returned goods.

  • All transport and delivery costs will also be charged to the customer.


💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once items are received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Delivery costs are non-refundable.


🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
