Returns and Refunds Policy
🔄 Can I Return An Item Or Cancel A Delivery?
We understand sometimes plans change. If you’d like to return an item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing 📧 sales@steelworld.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to return.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back (28 days in total from receiving your order).

Customers must cover the direct cost of returning goods.

Returned items must be unused and in a sellable condition.

Items that are manufactured, fabricated, or cut to size cannot be returned.

Items purchased at discounted rates are non-returnable.

As of 15 June 2021, any processed orders are non-refundable due to volatility in steel prices (please check back for updates).

All returns must be in unused, resellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
💰 Restocking Charges

A 30% restocking fee applies to all returned goods.

All transport and delivery costs will also be charged to the customer.
💳 Refunds

Refunds are issued once items are received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Delivery costs are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
