Can I return an item / cancel a delivery

Any items that have been manufactured or fabricated to specific size cannot be returned.

Any items purchased at discounted rates cannot be returned

As of *June 15th 2021* any orders that have been processed cannot be refunded due to the volatility in the price of steel. Check back here for further updates. 

Will I receive a re-stocking charge?

A 30% re -stocking fee will be charged on returned goods, in addition all transport costs will be charged to the customer
