Delivery Policy

💷 Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery (Over £2,000): £120

  • Standard Delivery (Under £2,000): £170

  • HIAB Delivery Option (Loader Crane): £295

    ⚠️ Delivery to certain destinations may incur a higher charge.

⏱ Delivery Time

  • Deliveries are made Monday–Friday 8am-5pm

👉 At checkout, you’ll be given an estimated delivery lead time, and our team will contact you to arrange a convenient slot.

⚠️ If ordering both next-day delivery items and standard items, you may choose to combine them (longest lead time applies).

📦 Delivery Conditions

  • All deliveries are kerbside only.

  • For safety, we may refuse delivery if the location is unsafe (e.g., overhead cables, narrow access).

  • At checkout, please let us know of any possible obstructions. If needed, we’ll work with you to arrange an alternative safe delivery point.

🚛 Vehicle Types

  • Deliveries are made using Articulated Flatbed Lorries (no cranes).

  • Customers must ensure they can offload the steel from the lorry.

  • If you require a HIAB Lorry (with crane), please contact us to arrange this.

❌ Missed Delivery

In the event we attempt to deliver and there is issues with access, no one is available to receive the order, it will be cancelled and a 30% restocking fee + full delivery cost + £480 aborted delivery charge. 

🔄 Product Specifics

If a product is unavailable, we may provide a similar variant in different sizes, ensuring the total square meter area remains the same.
